Columbus Coffee will have three delicious soups on the menu.

Parsnip Coconut & Fennel Soup

This soup is vegan. With a delightful texture and a garnish of basil pesto, this one is something totally different to try.

Carrot, Chilli, Orange & Coriander Soup

This bright orange bowl of goodness will leave you feeling  warm inside on those cold winter days. With a mild hit of chilli, no cold will catch you!

Celeriac, Sage, Walnut & Chorizo Soup

This soup provides a taste of something different with a rich creamy texture and a crunch of roasted walnuts and crispy sage leaves garnished on top.

 

Waitaki Souper Soup Sipper

Our Waitaki Souper Soup Sipper is a taste of the Waitaki, celebrating the richness of the land, the creativeness of the people and the joy of eating!

 

Featuring 21 of Oamaru’s best hospitality venues, each have created soups unique to their place. 

 

During the month of July, you can enjoy a different soup every day, knowing that many of the ingredients are sourced locally, it's made with love and shared with joy.
