Updates on meeting details and timings will be posted here as they are confirmed 

Public Forum registrations

Public Forums are held at full Council Meetings and Community Board Meetings, and may be held at an Additional Council Meeting.  All requests for speaker registrations must be emailed to govadvisor@waitaki.govt.nz before 3.00pm the day before the meeting to which they refer and contain the following information:

  • The meeting title, date and time:  eg Council Meeting, 10 May 2022
  • Your full name, contact phone number and email address
  • The meeting agenda item you wish to speak to.

We webcast and record Council and core Committee meetings, so that people can be informed about the debate and decision-making.
