We’ve moved from Snap Send Solve to Antenno, making it easier to report issues and stay up to date with what’s happening in Waitaki.

Antenno is a free app that helps you stay up to date with what’s happening in Waitaki and report issues to Council quickly and easily.

You can receive important updates about your area and let us know if something needs fixing - all from your phone.

Get updates that matter to you

Antenno sends you notifications about things happening near you, such as:

  • Road works and closures
  • Water outages or restrictions
  • Rubbish and recycling changes
  • Community notices and events
  • Emergency updates 

You choose the locations and topics you’re interested in, so you only get relevant information.

Report a problem

You can use Antenno to report issues to Council, including:

  • Potholes or road damage
  • Broken streetlights
  • Graffiti or vandalism
  • Blocked drains or fallen trees

To report something:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap Report it
  3. Add details and a photo (optional)
  4. Send it to us!

Your request goes directly to the right team to action.

How to get started

  1. Download Antenno from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the app and add your locations (e.g. home, work, school)
  3. Choose the notifications you want to receive 

There’s no login required, and the app is free to use.

Please note:

  • Antenno requires an internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi) to send reports and receive updates. Standard data charges may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Requests can still be lodged by filling out an online service request form, emailing service@waitaki.govt.nz, calling us on 03 433 0300 or visiting one of our Council offices.
