Exercise in deep water using aqua-jogging belts. Aqua-jogging is suitable for everyone. The belt keeps you afloat while you enjoy the benefits of all-over toning exercises (belts are available at no charge).
Currently there are no Aqua-jogging classes available, however there are always lanes available for Aqua-jogging.
Aerobic exercise to up-beat music! A great workout in the shallow end of the main pool - aquarobics improves overall fitness, tones muscles and improves general wellbeing.
Monday and Wednesday 6.15pm to 7.00pm
Aqua Gentle (Morning)
The emphasis is on giving it a go. You don't have to do the whole class - just do what you can. Come along for a look, or get in and try it out !
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.45am until 9.30am
We have introduced a mixed ability class on a Tuesday and Thursday morning. These classes will be a more upbeat than Aqua Gentle, however all are welcome. Just do what you can at your own level. Come along and give it a try.
