Agendas and Minutes

We've made some changes to how we publish meeting Agendas and Minutes. You can now view them all in one place here. We're busy backfilling past meetings into this new system. In the meantime, if you can't find the meeting you're looking for - try our old Agenda and Minutes page here:

What are unconfirmed minutes?

Unconfirmed minutes are the first draft of what happened at a meeting. They sometimes contain errors. Unconfirmed minutes are usually produced within a few days of the meeting and remain in draft until they are confirmed as accurate by all members at the next meeting of the council, committee or community board. Once minutes are confirmed they become a legal record of that meeting.
