In February the Waitaki wished artist Mary Horn well for her new life in Dunedin. With this move she has said goodbye to her three-decade art practice and taken up her retirement from painting and drawing.
Due to her move Mary Horn donated six paintings and seventeen drawings to the Forrester Gallery. These join her other works in our collection and cement her legacy as a Waitaki artist who has given so much to our creative space. This exhibition celebrates Mary and shares her generous gift with our community.
