Local artist Ken Laraman has generously offered three artworks to raise funds toward the Far North communities recovering from Cyclone Gabrielle.
The nationwide Adopt a Community initiative was launched to connect councils impacted by the cyclone to those unaffected, with the aim of encouraging community to community support. Waitaki District Council is paired with the Far North District Council through this scheme. All funds raised from this auction will go to the Far North District Council Mayoral Relief Fund to support their continued recovery efforts.
Send us your highest bid by 5pm, 14th July and we will be in contact with the winning bidders. Please note: no postage is included in the price.
See the artworks in-person next door to the Caroline Eve store (53 Thames Street) and place your bids for the artwork below.
Please note: bids will be manually updated daily on weekdays at 12pm. Weekend bids will show on the following Monday at 12pm
This auction has now closed and more information will be posted soon. Thank you for your help in raising funds.
