Caravan and campervan dump stations

We provide a caravan and campervan dump station (for caravan toilet waste) in Oamaru and Omarama. These are free to use and are located:

  • North End of Oamaru (near Waitaki Transport)
  • Eastern end of Omarama
  • Mill Reserve, Palmerston

 

Dump stations at Waitaki lakes camping grounds

Caravan dump stations are also available for use at the following camping grounds:

  • Parsons Rock
  • Boat Harbour
  • Wildlife
  • Sailors Cutting
  • Falstone Creek

Use of these camping ground dump stations is free if you have purchased a camping ground ticket.

If you have not purchased a camping ground ticket, there is a $5 for using a dump station. You can pay using the donation box located by each dump station.
