• Whānau ora navigation and support (Tumai Ora service stream)
  One‑on‑one, community‑based support to help whānau identify needs and goals, understand available services, and navigate health, housing, and social support systems. This support is delivered through outreach and referrals rather than a walk‑in service.

• Healthy homes and housing support (eligibility‑based)
  Targeted support to help whānau improve the warmth, safety, and suitability of their homes. This may include home assessments and assistance to access funding or services for insulation, heating, or essential repairs. Eligibility criteria apply and support is not available to all households.
