Community and whānau support

  • Culturally responsive support to help individuals and families connect with services and settle into life in Ōamaru.
  • Community outreach and navigation support, including assistance with accessing health, social and government services.

Health and wellbeing support

  • Non‑clinical and clinical health outreach delivered in culturally grounded ways.
  • Wellbeing support for individuals and whānau, including support during times of change or challenge.
  • Delivery of Te Ama pre and post crisis mental health support in partnership with Te Hā o Maru (see Te Hā listing).

Education, employment and training

  • Employment and training support, including career guidance and pathway planning.
  • Education outreach and learning support to build skills, confidence and participation in education.

Youth and community development

  • Youth mentoring and leadership development.
  • Delivery of programmes that strengthen cultural identity, community connection and resilience.

Community connection and capability building

  • Programmes and initiatives that strengthen cultural connection, celebrate Pacific identity and support community capability.
  • Collaboration with local services and partners to support coordinated, community‑led responses.
