  • Facilitating street and neighbourhood meetings to support local connection
  • Presenting to community groups and organisations
  • Responding to community requests and local concerns
  • Promoting Community Cam to support neighbourhood safety
  • Distributing Life Tubes to assist emergency services in urgent situations
  • Providing guidance on when and how to call 111
  • Referring households for Home Fire Safety Checks
  • Coordinating Three Steps for Life programmes
