  • Free telephone friendship service for people who are housebound, live alone, or feel socially isolated.
  • Participants are matched with a trained volunteer who provides regular, friendly calls to support social connection and wellbeing.

Health Shuttles

  •  Free volunteer‑run community transport to help people attend essential medical and health-related appointments.

First aid kits and supplies

  • A range of first aid kits for homes, workplaces, schools, and community organisations, with replacement items available to keep kits fully stocked and up to date.

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)

  • Supply of easy‑to‑use devices that can be used during cardiac arrest to help restore a person’s normal heart rhythm while waiting for emergency services.
