Public notice was given that a portion of James Road at Herbert [shown as Section 1 on SO 569484] was to be stopped, sold and amalgamated with title to land held by adjoining owners. The adjoining landowners were notified and Public Notice given of the proposal. No objections were received and, as the time limit for objections has now expired, this road is declared to be stopped.
