Part of the Holmes Wharf deck was replaced two years ago. The remainder of the deck has deteriorated to such an extent that we need to consider what can be done
Why are we doing this? Around 20% of the deck was replaced two years ago. The remainder of the deck is continuing to fail and also requires replacement. This exposes Council to significant liability risks and poses a health and safety risk to wharf users and visitors.
