Have You Submitted Your Draft District Plan Feedback?

We are coming to the end of the Draft District Plan engagement period. Have you put in your feedback yet? If not, we encourage you to do so. The Draft District Plan engagement period closes 31 August 2022.

The Draft District Plan shapes the future of our district, and we want your voice to be heard. 

What Are The Key Issues? 

You can check out the videos section on our website for some of the key issues in the district plan or on our YouTube channel. 

How Do I Give Feedback?

For your feedback to be used to inform the next stage of the District Plan process, we encourage you to submit your feedback using the different  channels provided. This includes: 

•  the online feedback form, which can be found at www.waitaki.govt.nz/haveyoursay. 

• send an email with your feedback to planreview@waitaki.govt.nz.  

• post or drop off your feedback at Council offices and Waitaki District libraries. 

Copies of the engagement document and feedback forms are available from Council offices and Waitaki District Libraries.
