Planned System Maintenance - Online Services

From 10am Friday 27 March, to 10pm Monday 30 March, the online services: Make a Payment, Request for Services and Property and Rates search, will be unavailable while Waitaki District Council carries out planned system maintenance to upgrade our customer system. During this time, the online Request for Service option will be temporarily unavailable. If you have an urgent matter, please reach out via phone, email or in-person.

The Property and rates search will be available from 2pm on Monday 30 March, while the remaining services will be available later on Monday evening (around 10pm) once final system checks have been completed.
