Sustaining Tenancies Support for individuals and whānau at risk of losing their private or public housing tenancy. Assistance may include life skills coaching, advocacy with landlords, referrals to budgeting or specialist services, and support to build long‑term housing stability.
Parenting Through Separation A free Ministry of Justice‑funded programme for parents, caregivers, and whānau navigating separation and parenting arrangements. The programme supports understanding children’s needs following separation and is required before applying to the Family Court for parenting orders in most cases. Available online across Otago, with in‑person courses held in Dunedin.
Services are generally accessed by referral from housing, legal, health, or community agencies, with some programmes allowing self‑referral. Eligibility and availability vary.
