Southern Stop Smoking Service

Support includes:

  • Free one‑to‑one coaching and mentoring to support quitting smoking
  • A structured programme, usually over 6–8 weeks
  • Free nicotine replacement therapy, including patches, gum, and lozenges
  • Support tailored to individual goals and circumstances.

Support is provided remotely by phone and other contact methods and is available to people living in Waitaki.
