Parent to Parent

Support includes:

• One‑to‑one peer support from trained parent connectors
• Information and guidance for families navigating disability, autism, and health systems
• Support at key points such as diagnosis, transitions, and periods of change
• Opportunities for connection with other families with shared experiences.

Support is free and available to parents and caregivers of children and adults with additional needs.
