Services available include:

• Information and advice to help disabled people and whānau understand available supports
• Support to plan goals and connect with health, disability, and community services
• Needs assessment and funding coordination services in some regions
• Support to access disability supports, equipment, and funding
• Community‑based and online programmes supporting participation and independence

Support is primarily provided online or by phone. In some cases, in‑person support may be available in the Waitaki area by arrangement, although there is no local office.
