Pursuant to Section 37 and Clause 7 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA), the Waitaki District Council advises that the submission period for the Proposed Waitaki District Plan has been extended.
Submissions will now close at midnight on 16 May 2025.
