The masterplan for Otematata has been developed to assist in setting out the community’s vision for how and where the township will grow. A vision for the future will support the community to understand what future growth in the area could look like and identify key components needed to enable that growth. The survey for feedback on the Otematata Masterplan Discussion Document(PDF, 9MB) closed on 6 September, 2019.
