The Alps to Ocean trail from Twizel to Lake Ohau and on to Omarama is now OPEN. Access to Ohau Village remains Closed.

Waterways will have been affected by the fire and cyclists are advised to carry plenty of water and not to drink from the streams.Cycling is a great way to get around Waitaki.
