As we consistently look to improve our processes at Waitaki District Council, we have recognised that continuing to use postal mail for Accounts Receivable is not the most efficient process.

By sending these documents via email we can ensure each includes the necessary information and can be received in a reasonable amount of time to allow our customers to pay by the due date.
