Courtyard Restaurant has made application to the District Licensing Committee, Waitaki District Council for the renewal of an On Licence in respect of premises situated at 346 Thames Highway Oamaru North Oamaru 9400, known as “Courtyard Restaurant.”
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are: Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 1:00am the following day.

Applications may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Waitaki District Council at 20 Thames Street, Ōamaru.
Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the first date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary, District Licensing Committee, Waitaki District Council, 20 Thames Street, Private Bag 50058, Ōamaru.
