Colhoun Supermarket Limited has made application to the District Licensing Committee, Waitaki District Council for the renewal of an Off Licence in respect of premises situated at 59 Tiverton Street Palmerston 9430, known as “Palmerston Four Square.”
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of an Off-Licence.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday - 7.30am to 9.00pm

Applications may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Waitaki District Council at 20 Thames Street, Ōamaru.
Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the first date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary, District Licensing Committee, Waitaki District Council, 20 Thames Street, Private Bag 50058, Ōamaru.
