Forrester Gallery to expand after $6.5 million funding award

Ōamaru's Forrester Gallery will celebrate a very happy 40th anniversary this year with news of $6.5 million in funding provided by the Government's Regional Culture and Heritage Fund for the Stage 2 extension of the heritage building.

Funding success for Forrester Gallery

The Forrester Gallery is pleased to announce the successful securing of significant grants for its ambitious Stage 2 Gallery Project, with a grant of $400,000 from the Lottery Environment and Heritage Fund, and an additional grant of $60,000 from the John Westwood Christie Trust.
