Kurow Community Library will be closed from Monday 8th December to Friday 12th December inclusive. This is to fit a new carpet in building. The drop box at the door will still be available for the return of books whilst the library is closed. Otherwise, books can be returned the following week. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Ōamaru musicians Gary Shirley and Eric Shepard will talk about the 'found object instruments' they build and play.
Gary builds stomp boxes and cajons and Eric makes cigar box guitars.
The Boxcar Blues Band will follow with a live performance.
