Should any request for information be refused, reasons for that refusal will be given. Any person dissatisfied with the decision relative to the giving of information is entitled to have the decision reviewed by the Ombudsman.
There is a charge for official information requests. Staff time per half-hour or part thereof after first hour is $55.00 and other costs can be found in the Schedule of Fees and Charges .
