Exercise in deep water using aqua-jogging belts. Aqua-jogging is suitable for everyone. The belt keeps you afloat while you enjoy the benefits of all-over toning exercises (belts are available at no charge).

Monday 6.15pm to 7.00pm​​​

​Aerobic exercise to up-beat music! A great workout in the shallow end of the main pool - aquarobics improves overall fitness, tones muscles and improves general wellbeing.

​​Aquarobics (Morning)

​The emphasis is on giving it a go. You don't have to do the whole class - just do what you can. Come along for a look, or get in and try it out ! ​

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.45am until 9.30am
