​​​​Oamaru and Palmerston Council Office hours​​​​

Oamaru Head ​Office will close at 12pm on Thursday 24 December 2020 and reopen at 8am on Monday 11 January 2021​.​​​ Phones only will be available for enquiries from Tuesday 5 January 2021.

Waihemo Service Centre (Palmerston) will close from 12pm on Thursday 24 December 2020 and reopen at 8.30am Monday 11 January 2021.

  • Omarama: 8.30am – 12.30pm
  • Otematata: 1pm – 5pm
  • Kurow: 1pm – 5pm
  • Hampden: 8.30am – 12.30pm​​

Remains open 24 / 7 / 365. Private bins will not be collected on Christmas Day only, 25 December. Phone 0800 341 11 11, if out of hours you can leave a message.​
