Libraries are all about lifelong learning, so we want to help you on your learning journey, no matter your age! STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths. Thank goodness we can abbreviate all those subjects into just one word...STEAM!
Our tech kits are now available to borrow. You can choose from our range of Gravitrax sets, a Sphero Bolt or a Make Block robot, and Brain Box - an electronic kit.
You can place a reserve on any one of these
Tech kits before coming in to pick it up from one of our libraries or you can come into the Ōamaru Library and ask to see a kit at one of our help desks. Full steam ahead!!
