Speedcubing comes to Oamaru! Come down to the Oamaru Public Library and watch competitive Rubik's Cube solving! If you are able to solve a 3x3 Rubik's Cube then you are also invited to join in! There is a 10-minute time limit, and you will get either 2 or 5 solves in each round, depending on your solve time. In addition to 3x3, there will also be the following events: 2x2, 4x4, 3x3 Blindfolded, 3x3 One-Handed, Skewb and Pyraminx.
**Please note that this a local competition, and not an official WCA competition. Registration is free but REQUIRED to ensure that you don't miss out due to limited competitor numbers. We look forward to bringing Speedcubing to North Otago!
