Waitaki Aquatic Centre

The Waitaki Aquatic Centre was opened January 1 2000 at one minute past midnight, making it the first Aquatic Centre nationwide to open in the new millenium. It is a fun, entertaining facility that caters for everyone!
 
The Style and Stroke Swim School has grown remarkably over the last few years from over 200 children per term to over 800 per term. We provide for children from four months through to teenagers.
The Waitaki Aquatic Centre is a "Poolsafe Pool" which means we are a safe and well managed facility.

Pools Public Opening Hours

Lane swimming is available at all times.

Monday to Friday:  6:00am-8:00pm

Saturday and Sunday:  10:00am-6:00pm

Dates from 27th Decmeber to 3rd January Weekend hours will apply

Waitaki Aquatic Centre is closed Christmas day, Boxing day, New Years Day and Good Friday
