Council is a shareholder in four Council-controlled organisations (CCOs). Full statements of intent and Annual Reports for these CCOs can be obtained through our customer services unit.
Prior to the Local Government Act 2002, CCOs were known as Local Authority Trading Enterprises (LATEs)..
