Holcim Interim Decision
Interim Decision on Joint Publicly Notified Applications - Otago Regional Council Resource Consent Application No’s. 2007.177 – 2007.219, and Waitaki District Council Application No LRC 07/08 (a), (b), (c) and (d) - Holcim (New Zealand) Limited, Proposed Holcim Cement Manufacturing Plant, and Associated Mining and Quarrying Activities, North Otago

An Interim Decision has been given on the above applications for resource consents.
A copy of the Interim Decision is below.
Note that at section 5.2 on page 82 the Hearing Panel sets out its intention to adopt the conditions of consent submitted by the applicant during its closing address, subject to some changes. A copy of those conditions is below.
As a decision has not yet been given to grant these applications, there is no right of appeal to the Environment Court at this stage. Appeal rights will take effect once the final decision of the Hearing Panel is available.
