 Pre-school: The Style and Stroke Swim school has a Pre-school programme designed to teach your child valuable skills in the water.
Infant: The Style and Stroke Swim School has infant swimming lessons for children aged 4 months and older
Our aim is to encourage your child to have an awareness of water and to be able to move freely and confidently through the water. We provide a safe environment with qualified instructors that enable your child to achieve better body control when in water. Our lessons are fun and stimulating! |
| Afterschool |
|
 These are swimming lessons held afterschool for children who wish to learn how to swim and are aged four and over. There are ten different levels and children can progress through the levels as their skills improve. |
| Squad |
|
 Waitaki Aquatic swimming has a philosophy to make this individual sport a strong, supportive team of swimmers, with each swimmer setting goals that will take them to the best of their ability. Come and make swimming the sport for you with our five squads; Development,Fitness,Intermediate, Junior Age Group and Top Age Group. The coach, Shane Jones, will assess swimmers in promotion or entry to the squads. |

Block Lessons |
|
 Block lessons are swimming lessons held in the school holidays. These programmes are convenient for people who live out of town or have to travel long distances and wish for their child to learn how to swim. They are ideal for people who cannot get into swimming centres in their own cities. They are also held to help children progress faster with their swimming or for children who have too many entra-curricular activities on during the school term. |
| Private Lessons |
|
 Private lessons are one-on-one lessons with a qualified instructor that are designed for adults or children who wish to learn to swim or improve technique. Private lessons are suited to people who wish to avoid being in a class or to those people who feel individual attention would be more beneficial for them. |
