Emphasis is on just giving it a go! You don't have to be over 50 or be able to swim to join in the fun; it is a great class for overall fitness and toning. Wear what you feel comfortable in, t-shirts are fine.

Aerobic exercise to up-beat music! Improve overall fitness, tone muscles and improve general well-being with this great workout in the shallow end of the main pool. You can work as hard as you wish to, no swimming ability required |

Sports Teams |

Explore the opportunity to vary your training. We can provide regular sessions with aquarobics instructors, or you may prefer a one-off training session. Use your own fitness trainers if you wish. Try our hot and cold treatment! With the use of the hot spa, to a cold tub, players can have an effective sports recovery session.
