The Oamaru Borough (Animal Traps) Bylaw No.36 (81kb PDF) This bylaw will be left in place and is deemed to be made under the Animal Welfare Act 1999. MAF expects Orders in Council (either prohibiting or restricting various types of animal traps) to replace bylaws saved under the Animal Welfare Act by the end of 2007. |
